Bedrooms- Can't seem to find what you want?  Sometimes a bedroom without a standard closet isn't listed as a bedroom so always try searching one less bedroom.

Bathrooms- If there are two bathrooms but one only has a shower stall and not a full tub, it is 3/4 of a bath so try searching for at least one bath since homes with 1 3/4 baths wouldn't show up on your originial search.

Lot Size- Especially in some newer neighborhoods, even though there may be a private fenceable yard, the lot size might officially be ZERO because of how the land is held legally so try 0 and see if anything else appears.

Type of Home-Feel like townhomes and zero lot line properties are being misrepresented as Single Family Homes.  Unfortunately, Realtors only have the choice of listing these homes as condos or Single Family Homes so they maybe listed under single family homes.
