Here’s how it works

If you choose the Croom Team’s Hassle Free Listing, a variable commission will be based on the following:

 

4.5% The Croom Team finds the buyer and writes the contract. There is no other Realtor involved. Total commission to be 4.5% of sales price.

 

1% Owner finds the buyer and there is no other Realtor involved. The Croom Team will write the contract, and process it through recording for Owner. Total Commission to be 1%.

 

6% Owner’s property is sold to a buyer represented by a Realtor other than Chad and Brandi Croom. The Croom Team’s commission to be 3% and the buyer’s Realtor’s commission to be 3%. Total Commission to be 6%.

 

0% You find the buyer and there is no other agent involved. You don’t want

our assistance. You pay nothing.

 

Cancellation Policy: The owner or The Croom Team may cancel the listing at anytime by simply calling the other and signing a listing cancellation form. The cancellation becomes effective from the time you call. Please allow two business days to have the sign removed from the property and the listing withdrawn from the Alaska Multiple Listing Service.
