Hard Work. Respect. Drive.

Living in Alaska for over 20 years has given Brandi Croom the edge her clients need to guide them through the buying and selling process. She utilizes her college education from the University of Idaho and the University of Alaska Anchorage in architecture, business, marketing, finance, and real estate to create a successful outcome for each of her clients.

In 2002, New York Times bestselling author David Bach included a story about Brandi in his revised edition of Smart Women Finish Rich in the “Success Stories” chapter of his book. The book taught her the importance of financial planning and how owning a home is one of the most important steps on the road to financial stability and wealth.

Although Brandi always thought she’d have a career as a family financial planner, she says, “I realized that when someone buys a home it really propels them onto the path of financial stability and puts them into a position to really provide their family with great opportunities today and in the future. I believe buying your first home lays the foundation for financial success and without it, saving for retirement and funding your rainy day savings account will never get you the financial freedom that each of us desires.”  Brandi continues her focus on education and has recently been awarded the designations of Certified Residiential Specialists and Accredited Buyer Representative.
